Return/Exchanges 

How do I initiate a return?

All US orders ship with a free prepaid return label. For international returns, please contact us at info@joeyjamesthelabel.com to request a shipping label. 

Items must be returned undamaged, and unused within 30 days of purchase.

To get your package ready, attach the label to the box or mailer from your original order.

Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location.

Once we have received your items, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

 

How do I exchange an item I’ve purchased?

Please start by emailing us at info@joeyjamesthelabel.com  with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will then give you instructions to process your exchange. 

 

What if I receive an item that is damaged?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at 201-834-7489 or send email to Sharishula@joeyjamesthelabel.com

 

What does it cost to ship my order?

Free shipping is available for all orders shipping within the continental US. For international orders, free shipping is available on orders of $500 USD or more. Customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes.

 

When will my order ship?

All US orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. Orders received before 12pm MT will be processed on the same day; any orders placed after 12pm MT will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm MT will ship the following Monday. Please allow an additional five to twelve business days for processing of international orders.

 

How do I track my order?

If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop up will appear with a tracking link.

 

How do I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. We include pre-paid return labels in all orders placed in the US, and we’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it.
